Condition of Sale:
Vehicles to be sold to the highest bidder at open bid. Payment is due the day of the sale, cash only, at the end of the auction. Vehicles to be removed from the premises within 24 hours of the auction. All vehicles classified as abandoned or impounded, and are sold at public auction in compliance with state law, Act 300, Sec. 252 as amended.
